Job Summary: The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and implementing HR policies and programs, ensuring the effective functioning of the HR department, and promoting a positive work culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees.

- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- Administer performance appraisal processes.
- Assist in the development of performance improvement plans.
- Provide support in goal-setting and performance feedback.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR roles, preferably with some supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
