Project Overview

Job Summary: The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and implementing HR policies and programs, ensuring the effective functioning of the HR department, and promoting a positive work culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Staffing:

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
    • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
    • Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  2. Employee Relations:

    • Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters.
    • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  3. Performance Management:

    • Administer performance appraisal processes.
    • Assist in the development of performance improvement plans.
    • Provide support in goal-setting and performance feedback.
  4. Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
    • Facilitate career development and employee growth opportunities.
    • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  5. Compensation and Benefits:

    • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
    • Stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive compensation packages.
    • Manage payroll and related processes.
  6. HR Policy and Compliance:

    • Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  7. HR Reporting:

    • Generate HR-related reports and metrics for management.
    • Analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
  8. Health and Safety:

    • Promote workplace safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Coordinate with relevant authorities in case of workplace accidents or incidents.
  9. Talent Management:

    • Identify and nurture talent within the organization.
    • Develop succession plans for key positions.
    • Implement initiatives to retain top talent.
  10. Employee Engagement:

    • Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
    • Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve the workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR roles, preferably with some supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
